Road safety as a top priority.
Today, on the World Day in Remembrance of Road Victims, we participated in the international conference ‘Road Safety: Target Zero Fatalities, Technology and Prevention at the Service of Life’ as gold PIARC members and sponsors of the event.
Organised by ANAS SpA in collaboration with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and PIARC Italian National Committee, the conference brought together national and international experts to address the challenges of road safety, with the common goal of zero victims on the roads.
A high-profile event that saw, in addition to the speeches by hosts Edoardo Valente, Aldo Isi and Crocco Domenico, institutional and international figures, including Minister Matteo Salvini, the newly elected PIARC President – World Road Association Emanuela Stocchi, the President of the Global Forum for Road Traffic Safety UNECE Luciana iorio, Jean Todt, UN special envoy for road safety, Angelo Sticchi Damiano President Automobile Club d’Italia.
