SMA Road Safety had the opportunity to participate in “GenAI for Business,” a course aimed at supporting the digitalization and internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Campania. The project, promoted by Amazon, Develhope, SACE, and
the Campania Region, provided companies with hands-on training on the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) with the goal of enhancing business competitiveness.
Valeria Fascione, the Regional Minister for Research, Innovation, and Startups in Campania, emphasized the importance of the course in strengthening local SMEs and making them more competitive on an international scale.
For SMA Road Safety, the experience was a concrete opportunity to explore how GenAI can be applied to corporate communication. As stated by Assia Viola, Communication, External and Media Relations Director, the true value lies in using AI to optimize business processes and make communication more targeted and effective.
